Our headquarters is in Youngsville, and we value quality work, honest service and doing the job correctly. We are not a high‑pressure sales company; we focus on proper troubleshooting, clear communication and taking care of our customers. This role is designed for someone early in their HVAC career who wants to learn and grow into a senior technician over time.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in running residential HVAC service calls and maintenance visits
• Help troubleshoot and repair gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and related systems with guidance from senior technicians
• Perform electrical and refrigerant diagnostics, learning how to check airflow, thermostats and overall system performance
• Keep accurate notes and photos of each job using our software
• Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked company truck
• Support occasional installation projects during slower service periods

Skills and Experience

• 1–2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems with a willingness to learn proper troubleshooting techniques
• Good communication skills with homeowners and coworkers
• Dependable, organized and able to follow company processes
• Eager to develop into a senior‑level technician over time

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• EPA certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Basic hand tools
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces and outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift and move equipment safely as part of a team
• Ability to pass any required employment screening

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Consistent 40‑hour workweeks
• Service area primarily within 30 miles of Youngsville
• Occasional adjustments during peak seasons

Pay and Benefits

• $20–$30 per hour, based on experience
• Take‑home company truck
• Paid training and development
• 10 days PTO and paid major holidays
